At LuxoraFitSA, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with LuxoraFitSA, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


2. Shipping Method

LuxoraFitSA currently ships orders throughout South Africa using Aramex Store to Door as our primary courier partner.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with tracking information, where available.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on factors including:

  • Your delivery location;
  • Courier operations;
  • Public holidays;
  • Weather conditions;
  • High shipping volumes;
  • Supply chain disruptions; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Delays

Although we work closely with our courier partners to ensure prompt delivery, LuxoraFitSA cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Courier delays;
  • Severe weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Industrial action or strikes;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Supply chain disruptions;
  • Transportation issues;
  • Force majeure events; or
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise required by applicable South African law, shipping delays alone do not automatically entitle customers to a refund, replacement, compensation, or order cancellation.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

LuxoraFitSA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect delivery information or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

All claims will be investigated together with the courier before a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy is approved.

Where required by applicable South African law, LuxoraFitSA will provide the appropriate remedy.


7. Delivery Acceptance

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave further collection instructions in accordance with their policies.


8. Force Majeure

LuxoraFitSA shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver orders where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Floods;
  • Fires;
  • Pandemics;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Labour strikes;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Supplier shortages;
  • Courier network disruptions;
  • Internet or communication failures;
  • Power outages.
